IWA Quantity Surveyors is a London-based cost consultancy practice providing independent Quantity Surveying, Cost Consultancy and Employer’s Agent services across the public and private sectors.
The practice is led by Ivan Kadama BSc (Hons) MSc, a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent with extensive experience across consultancy and client-side environments. Our experience spans the full project lifecycle, from RIBA Stage 0 feasibility and cost planning through to procurement, contract administration and final account settlement, across residential, social housing, housing regeneration, education, public sector, retrofit and decarbonisation programmes.
IWA brings specialist expertise in retrofit cost consultancy, including Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) programmes, PAS 2035-compliant delivery, lifecycle costing and whole life cost analysis. We work with housing associations, local authorities, private developers and public sector bodies to deliver cost certainty and value for money across complex programmes.
